Midday — one course from Lunch, Garden Salads, Pizza or Villa Comfort
Evening — a garden salad to begin (or skip it), a main from The Reef, The Land or the Grill, and dessert from Sweet Endings
Unlimited coffee, house water & fresh juices
Premium dishes — filet mignon, ribeye, spiny lobster, Fire & Reef, sushi & sashimi — join your menu at a small per-person supplement · children half

All-inclusive means every meal is included — one of each course per person, not unlimited dining. Only coffee, house water & fresh juices are unlimited. À la carte the same day runs about 120 USD / 240 BZD — the plan saves about 20 USD / 40 BZD per person, daily. Alcohol & anything beyond the plan — food, drinks or otherwise — on a separate tab.

Payment & Card on File — Terms of Authorization

By paying above, you (or the cardholder named) authorize Black Orchid Oasis to charge the order total today and to keep this card on file for food, beverage, incidental items, and any damages incurred during your stay.

Charged today: Your full order total.
Additional onsite orders: Food ordered onsite beyond your pre-order that requires an extra grocery run incurs a $50 USD per-trip fee, charged to the card on file.
Damages: Any damage to the villa or its property will automatically be charged to the card on file.
Villa Operations Fee: A 24% charge applies to all food, beverage, and special-request orders. It covers your dedicated in-villa chef & bartender service and island provisioning. This is an operations charge, not a tip.
Balance & onsite charges: Your card on file will be charged automatically for the remaining amount of any additional onsite charges. Any onsite balance is due on your check-out date; if not settled at that time, the card on file will be charged the outstanding balance plus a $100 USD late-payment fee.
No substitutions to your order can be made after this form is submitted.

Island sourcing note: On Ambergris Caye, some specialty or imported items (cake, décor, and floral supplies) may be substituted with the closest available equivalent. Your vegan or vegetarian selection is always honored.
